Hello everyone I have a 2007 r350 and I'm wondering how can I get to the fuel tank pressure sensor. I took the rear seats out where the fuel pump are located and I just don't see it on top of the fuel pump or the sending unit I think it's mounted on the tank and I was wondering do I have to drop the tank down to replace it or is there another way doing it from the inside around the back seat area thank you for any help please

This is like the biggest pain in **** to replace the sensor.
I had to do this and it was a mess.
It is not located under the seat via that passage.
You need to lower the fuel tank to get to it. It is not easy at all. Plus trying to remove the old one, you need room to put a tool in there to pop out the old fuel pressure nipple. I ended up breaking that nipple part and just pushed it into the tank. I had to apply a lot of force to push in the new fuel pressure sensor.
You need to jut lower the fuel tank to do it right.
