Hi Vinny,
Any Merc dealership should be able to help you with the procedure. I'm assuming that you've only one key and that your vehicle no longer starts? IF this is the case, you will have to prove your ownership of the said vehicle to an authorized MB dealership and they will then order a new key/remote from the factory. It takes about a week or so and the mechanics at the dealer will have to sync it to your vehicle, once it arrives. (I had this issue with a 1998 ML320.) I know it has been some months since you posted your querry, but I hope this helps.

The keys are no longer available due to sourcing issues, maybe by the end of the year. The process to get a replacement key is follow the steps outlined by Mustafa.
