Just a heads up (note pun), there is a supply restriction on the HUD units, apparently because of the Japanese earthquake. This affects multiple models, not just the S-Class. Builds through August will apparently get a "Q01 premium package", which is the P01 sans the 463-HUD. This information is in the recent C217 DOG, but was not in the A217 DOG which came out months ago.

So for those who have pending cabriolet orders, might want to check with your dealer regarding HUD status. The supply restriction window is expected to end in September. Before then, HUD units will be prioritized for cars that have them as standard equipment i.e. the S63/65 variants.
