Vehicle Rising

I have not detected any change in hight to go over parking blocks. Am I using the vehicle function wrong? Will the vehicle lower by itself over time leaving me high and dry on the parking block? The dealer said it only works in the sport mode.

It works in sport and comfort...I can tell if my car is rising, although it takes a bit to lower. The easiest way to check is to look at the wheel wells, there should be a larger gap.

Once you push the console button to raise the car (green light on switch comes on) it stays raised even if you turn off the car until you hit the button again and the light goes off. I can definitely see a difference in the gap between the floor of my garage and the front spoiler when raised.

It seems that there is a trip to the shop in my future.

Correction. It's a red light on the switch, not a green light.

I couldn't see the car rise, so I used a ruler at the front tire to the top of the wheel arch and lo and behold, It lifts the car an inch or so.
