1973 MB 450SE European Model HISTORY
 

Friends,

I've tried & tried to decode the VIN on the 450SE of 1973 & to find a site that will allow me to look-up the history of this S-class sedan. = Based on its looks, it appears a European Model & to be a "GI Bring-back".
(The actual mileage is 118,000 - The sedan is Dark Green/tan fabric/leather inside, S-class was stored for nearly 2 decades in a locked warehouse.)

The VIN, according to both the TX title & the factory data plate, is : 11603212002362. (YEP, just 14 digits.)

Do any of you know of a website that will accept the VIN and/or reveal/document the individual sedan's history since it was built.??
(ANY information on the sedan would be helpful & appreciated.)
