W126 Climate Control Lightbulb replacement
Hi!
I have a 1987 560SEL. The lights on the climate control recently stopped working. I know these are bulbs and not part of the fiberoptics in the dash.
Does anyone know how to change these bulbs?
Do you have to remove the climate control unit and open it up?

Is it the temp wheel or the buttons?
If it's the temp wheel, then via the trans kick panel, if it's the buttons then via the console panel.

560SEL Temp Bulbs
Actually its both buttons and temp wheel.
So the unit needs to be removed and opened?
Can I get the bulbs at auto parts store or is that a dealer item?
