I don't think it is totalled.
No that is modest damage for a car like that. This is the ideal moment to install Euro lights on the car. You will love how they look and the night beam pattern they throw out.
Unfortunately the car will need a set of FOUR chromed wheel arches (I got stuck with this problem) as they aren't sold individually.
Used parts will bring the cost to you down. It looks to me like the hood is not damaged, luckily
Get the car repaired to your satisfaction. It looks like cosmetic damage only, to me.

Are you asking if the quote is high? Or if they're going to write your car off?
If the insurance co. is paying for the repair, does it matter that much how much THEY are paying for it? The main thing is that they do it right and (because it's an older car especially) not try to shortcut/budget the repair.
