"New to me" 1986 420SEL
Friends,
Fwiw, I just bought the above one-owner Mercedes with 94,780 actual miles, with all the service records in GREAT cosmetic shape, from an estate "for peanuts" to "clear the estate".
That's the good news.
The "possibly bad" news is that was seldom driven at all over the last 3 decades (It was the man's 4th vehicle. = He generally drove his PU.) & it's been parked for over a year since the >90YO owner went to the nursing home & thereafter soon passed away.
I solicit your suggestions as to what I should do NOW to start using the SEL as my "pet" & perhaps "daily driver", too.
(The SEL is not quite mint enough to use strictly as a "show" car & trailer queen but it's "close".)
