Mercedes SEC 560
SEC 560 cruise control amplifier
I have a 1989 SEC 560 with a faulty cruise control. The problem is usually the 14 pin amplifier under the foot well near the brake pedal but my car has a 35 pin component mounted in it's place, when removed, it immobilizes the engine. The components and wiring appear genuine, The car has AMG badging, body kit, wheels etc. Has anybody come across this, or are the AMG cars different? Cheers Derek Palmer.
