'89 W126 300SE. Poor throttle performance

I have '89 W126 300SE and it has issue with throttle performance. It does not do 8.6 sec 0-60. It does idles and running good as it warms up. If it is cold start, it will have barely any throttle response. I would have to warm it up and pray I can gas pedal it at intersection to go. There is no get up and go with this sled. I have checked and replaced laundry list of items since it needed many items due to it's age. The engine revs and the transmission does shift. Throttle linkage, fuel pump, ignition, etc. all have been checked and replaced. The intake boot has been replaced and troubleshooting using smoke detection tool to validate vacuum leaks. I have fixed the vacuum canister that connects to the transmission for leaks and the J-hose which was cracked.

Any suggestions would be great, I was not able to see any past posts that would help me here.
