Question on alarm
Is there any way to have the dealer program the car/key memory so that whenever you lock the door it can make a "beep" rather than stay silent? On our M3, the dealer was able to program it via the car/key memory, and I was wondering if it was the same on benzes. Thanks

Yes there is a way. Most dealers however will not know how to do this. Basically they need to hook your car up to the SDS laptop and program the Rear SAM seeting. They need to tell it to use the Neatherlands setting. This will cause the alarm to chip when arming and disarming. Serach the forum for more exact information.
