For reference, last September I paid 37,000 for a 2002 S430 with 32,000 miles and MB Certified Pre Owned extended warrant to 100,000 miles.

I would stay away from this one as the miles are high. Look around and you will fined one with lower miles and then you will be able to get an extended warrenty also.

I has all that you have except the phone. Also that phone may be analog but I could be wrong.

i have a S430 without HID, now i wanna replace it with HID, so what type should i buy? a set of H7 xenon bubs , or D2S/D2R HID, or get a set of complete HID modifies in ebay? thanks a lot for your helps
