The SOS button will not shut

The SOS button will not shut. Its just stays open. I have no idea how this happened. I did not even touch it. Maybe the heat had something to do with it. No idea. Did this happen to anybody else? Let me know thanx

Sounds like a warranty issue to me - probably the catch has broken off.

a shotgun could solve the problem.. of course you would have a large hole instead. .but thats ok right? lol

a shotgun? try superglue, it works every time!
