Size of nut on the battery terminal?

Anyone know or point me in a direction to find the nut size for the battery terminal? I have an '04 S600 but I would guess they are all the same.

I want to connect my Battery Tender directly instead of using alligator clips.

10 mm, use a deep well socket and 1/4" ratchet.

Thanks,

Though, I might not have been clear. I need the nut size and threading. I know the nut on there now takes a 10mm socket. I want to thread another nut on the bolt to attach the battery tender. What nut do I look for at home depot?

a 10mm nut has the same thread pitch
If you just use a 10mm nut you should be okay. The bolt is a 5 or 6 with a 1.5 thread pitch.. These are common metric hardware so if you just look for a 5 or 6mm ( i can't remember )nut it should work fine.

The 10mm nut was way too small to fit..
