well last night I drove to the store and I got in the car the display was out. I could still change the volume or cds via the controls both on the unit and the steering wheel. When I then left the store and drove home it was on no problem, now this morning I leave to come to work and again no display. Is there something going out? Ive tried pressing the display off button and nothing happens to bring it back on. Anyone have any suggestions?

punch the screen........just messing with you take it in and have them test the unit you obviously have an issue.

well it seems fine when I left work today but that is wierd and go figure the warranty I have doesnt cover the stereo.

the screen goes off when i eject a tape, maybe it got stuck in that mode. these cars seem to have a lot of gremlins, im going to bur a smudge stick in mine to exorcise the poltergeists.

well it only does it when I turn on the car I dont even use the tape deck, Im curious to what it might be.
