Dension has an integrated IPOD kit, called the gateway 500, and SAT yo can get anywhere but it will have to be a plug-in.
The Dension unit has IPod, AUX, and USB input. You may be able to hook your Sat radio into it.

gonna have to think on this
One contributor has run audio tests comparing the MB iPod kit (which uses an AUX input and in many cases requires a supplemental amplifier) to the Gateway 500, and found the Gateway to be superior. https://mbworld.org/forums/audio-electronics/234260-oem-ipod-adapter-vs-dash-cd-vs-gateway-500-a.html
The Gateway 500 is not FM or even FM modulation fed through the antenna leads. It is probably the best option for what you want to do in your '00 W220, as my06CLK suggested.
Your model does not have any AUX input for its COMAND at all. Some other model years do. That's why the MB iPod kit cannot be used - the kit requires an AUX input. Your COMAND was also built without the connections for satellite radio, which is why you can't use the MB Sirius kit.
