Have no idea but a experienced muffler shop would make it fit with no problem with a few cutting and bending

Remember the old rules of negotiation "He who throws out the first number always loses" Ask him what he wants if it's just sitting around probably not much. Find out if it will fit your ride first though.

Even if you Hack this exhaust they won't fit im pretty sure.First, the mufflers are different ( too tall and remember the W220 has a flat muffler and straight pipes not slanted) , the spacing between the pipes is too narrow because the W220 is wider than the w211, none of the vibration bracets are the same, and I thik the pipe diameter is different. The most important aspect is that the length of the W220 has the w211 beat by a lot so the overall length of these pipes will be too short.

I could be wrong on this but just measure everything first.

thanks for the reply. I'm only planning on using the mufflers. I've looked at pics of amg mufflers that another member bought on here look pretty similar. I was just hoping someone on her would know. You think the mufflers will work?

It seems to me that they will not beacause the S does not have enough room in the area where the muffler mounts to put these mufflers. they are too tall. Also remember the E pipes angle to the inside whereas the S pipes go straight back..

Have a look under your car and see how much room there is above the muffler and the aluminum shield.

it's always worth a try....
