CNA vs Mercedes Benz extended length warranty

Despite of the many threads dedicated to the topic of extended warranty, I could not find one that describes one's experience with a CNA extended warranty (sold at the dealer) or compares it to Mercedes Benz extended length warranty.

I am out in the market to buy an extended warranty, and the price difference between a CNA and MBELW is staggering, almost 1:2. 2150 vs 4400 for a 3 yrs 45K warranty (from the date of purchase). The dealer says CNA is equally good and its just that MB name that makes the later more expensive.

Any one who has tasted one or the other ?

(CNA has a 100$ deductable though)

Thanks.

Does any of those cover Airmatic? Wear and tear? Pay with corporate credit card for claims?

not wear n tear but airmatic it does. but wear n tear (tyres, wheels, brakes etc) are not covered by the factory warranty either.

I just purchased extended warranty from Auto Repair Warranty Corp. $1899 for 60k mi 48month and zero deductible. Airmatic is not included but everything else is bumper to bumper. I have sourced Airmatic remanufacturer who can replace Airmatic struts for $350-$360ea, so it is not bad.

This may be comparing apples and oranges but, FWIW, I "managed" my parents long term care which was covered by a CNA long term care policy. Their customer service was not good. I am an attorney and on several occasions had to write a "lawyer letter" to them to get them to pay what they owed. Their extended warranty department is probably a completely different group but with the same parent company.

Its 2018 and I'm resurrecting an old thread. Did the company changed their business model lately? Is this company and its coverage any good compared to ELW? How about cost difference between them?
I paid $3100 for 3 year (4+3) for 100k Miles for WLS from jeff (Tafel motors).
