2002 hydraulic hose leak s600 AMG

My hydraulic hose from the right side back of the ABC pump is leaking right near the manifold. Is this the hose that has been recalled to the high pressure side man there is a huge hole in it. No wonder why I cant even get jack stands under my car. I went to the stealer and they replaced the ABC pump when it was under warranty a few years back now the warranty ran out..They did not fix the hose tho they wanted 1200 dollars. When they already had the pump out.(talk about doubl;e charge)..
It was nice out yesterday so I drove my car over a brick and raised up the front end took off all the plastic shrouds underneath.. took off air cleaner and front right (drivers side) air intake pipe) cut out the aluminum jacket around the hose.. Found a massive cut in the hose.. the hose is on the right(drivers side) rear of the ABC pump runs down through the bottom wraps around and It looks like it goes back inthrough the control arm.. Is there any way I can just replace the front end of the hose or does the whole pice need to come off.
Ive noticed many MB numbers on it so are these seperate parts and the fittings almost look like a newer style fuel filter fitting can you just push one side in like a comression fitting and pull the old one out??
If this is not covered under recall where can I get this (these)parts(HOW MUCH) and If I cannot do it can I splice it with a fitting?? TYIA

that's a high pressure hose. (3500) or sp psi.No you can not splice it. There are however many hydraulic hose shops around that man match the fittings and make you a new hose for a lot less that you pay at the dealer. Gice that a try. MAny industrial peices of equipment in use all around eveyday use very high pressure hydraulic hoses therfore getting the hose should be no issue. Taking you old hose in will allow the shop to fine the correct hose fittings which are pretty much eith JIC or British Standard. I'm not sure which thread pitch the benz uses but its out there. You just have to look at the right place.

Yeah I know of a place that replaced one of my hoses on my 560sel .. The hose seems like it is 3 seperate pieces with a fiitting on it that almost looks like a compression fitting I know how to get the one of the pump off looks like an 18 or 17mm but how you seperate the others it ends up being a hard line hose back to a hard line to a hose .. Is there a way to seperate the hard line from the new hose?? Looks like a compression fitting that is straight almost like a newer american fuel filter line
