Quoe from stealership: accurate or robbery?

Hey folks...noticed I had some oil leaking from underneath my W220, and went to the stealership to get it checked out. After paying the $80 diagnosis fee, the service tech then told me the problem was that I had leaks at the front timing cover and the oil pan.

Quote to repair problem: $4025

comments please.
