i let my cousin back my car out of my garage and he hit the sideview mirror on the right. he broke the clear plastic cover over the led's. if someone can tell me where i can order a new clear plastic peice or whatever i would need to order. thanks in advance

just search for "w220 led mirror" on ebay and get updated replacements very cheaply, see the sticky thread on upgrading and install

on ebay i can only find the replacement for cars 00-02 before the facelift. my car is an 05 will it still work?

You will often find many "upgrade" units marketed for '00-'03. These are sold to make the earlier versions like those on the '03 and later. You'll just have to read the descriptions carefully.

They will work, and the link you were given in the first response also listed other sources of units for the later models.

Units made to replace (not upgrade) '00 - '02 lights will not look the same as your '05. They will work, but look completely different.
