You are likely past the 10-year extended warranty, but there are several repair sources shown in the links. Just had mine replaced under warranty, (I have an 06 so it is covered under the 10 year warranty.) The dealer said it was a $1,300 part. I don't think installation was included in that number. Try sending it to a reputable repair company first. I ran my car for days with no cluster installed. Just keep an eye on your gas level.
