Ok check this out I had rain damage to my s500 where I was told at a local import service and the guy told me that I needed a new TCU under the hood inside the fuse box on the passenger side. so I got a used one (right part number) and my car cranks up fine (which it wasn't with the rain damaged one) so I put it in drive and drive out of my driveway onto the highway and it will not shift not one gear and my check engine light came PLEASE HELP ME YOU GUYS I DONT WANNA SELL THIS CAR

Do you have comprehensive auto insurance ? That coverage covers water Damage. File a claim with your Insurer

depends how much water damage you are talking about, was the car flooded? it could also be the transmission plug, a $15 part.
