Remove reat seat automatic Class S 350 2006

I am writing from Panama. Buy a Mercedes Class S 350 2006 and I want to unbalance the rear woofer that is in the dash because it is damaged. I do not put information on how to remove the complete chair. Do you have any information? My car is an electronic automatic.
