Front Suspension Clunk but not when Wheels Turned
As the title says, I've got a clunk/thunk noise coming from the front suspension (both sides) when going over the speed bumps in the parking lot at work. However, the two speed bumps that you negotiate while turning never get the noise. The ABC seems to be working normally.
I suspect that the lack of noise when the wheels are turned points to the swaybar links, which would be under tension when the wheels are turned and "loose" when going straight, but wanted to see what folks with more experience thought.

Welcome to the forum. At this point it is a guessing game. There are many joints involved in the front suspension that could be suspect.
My guess would be lower ball joints (#10 first picture) as these are almost considered to be a maintenance issue with the W220. The whole front suspension can be rebuilt DIY fairly easily with previous postings here to guide you.
Good luck,
Bob

I assume you have airmatic ? Abc and airmatic are two completely different suspensions . Abc cars do not have sway bars
