2000 s430 wont start please help

Look on the end of the fuses, where the number is, and find the two tiny metal dots. If you buy an inexpensive test light (looks like an old-fashioned ice pick, with a clear plastic handle containing a light bulb, and a wire from the bulb to an alligator/crocodile clip) it makes testing easy.
Attach the clip to a good bare metal part of the body or chassis as a ground/earth connection. Touch the sharp tip to one of the metal dots on the fuse, and then to the other.
If the bulb doesn't light with either, the circuit isn't powered - turn the ignition switch on, and try again.
If the bulb lights on both of the dots, the circuit is powered and the fuse is good.
If the bulb lights on only one of the dots, the circuit is powered and the fuse is blown.
Try starting the car in both PARK and in NEUTRAL. There is a safety switch in the shifter that only allows the start relay to function in one of those positions.
if not that you’ll need the 4 parts from a donor car - key shifter ecu and ignition switch . All must come from the same donor car because they are coded together
