Door won't unlock for c300 2008

I came back after a weeks travel and the doors wont unlock either with the remote key or the manual key. please advise.....

Sorry, wrong forum - this is the forum for the W220 (1999 - 2006 S-Class) cars. While it is possible that someone on here might be familiar enough with the C-300 to help you, your chances will be much better if you post in the appropriate forum.
