Should I be concerned about this?
 
My door hinge has been making some noises when I open and close the door. Should I be concerned?

I've not taken the mounting point for the check strap off, but it looks loose to me...can you get the plastic cover off to see the bolts underneath? looks like a simple fix...

I didnt even realize that was a mounting cover...I will check to see...I would think its a simple fix too...

The cover simply snaps off.

oh ok...its some type or reverse star...but its loose and I'm sure if I tighten it then it will work better...

Check your small sockets - especially six-point, both metric and inch - and see if one of them will not be a good enough fit to at least snug the fasteners up.

I'll attempt that when I get home tonight...I wonder if the parts above the spare tire would have it...
