Just a thought (Interior Design)
Guys,
Just want to know what is your OPINION on the interior of the New S?
For me HONESTLY, though I really like the exterior design of the New S, what bothers me is that, internally (design wise) how come it almost looks like the interior of the BMW 7. I mean, look at the air con vents, its almost like the current 7. The way it is placed and designed as well as the location of the knob, it really does look like a 7 to me. How about you guys? just want to know your opinions about it. I mean, Mercedes could have been more different in terms of styling, its like a 7 interior in a different body shell cheers.
PS: W221 fans, no mean of hitting the new S, I just want to know what you guys think about the interior of the NEW W221.

While the interior does look like a 7 series. Given that I am a new 7 series owner here I can tell you that the interior of the W221 S will be light years away in terms of execution and overall placement of controls. The 750li is a bit too boxy for my liking but the materials used throughout the cabin are first class. The leather is soft yet suptle. I can't wait to touch the aluminum composite controls on the S class.
