07 S550 Whats with the antenna on the trunk?
I recently ordered a Black/Cashmere sport pkg S550, and I am having a hard time with the antenna on the trunk. I made it over the hill with the fender flairs and steering wheel, but the antenna has to go. I believe it is for the Sirus radio, which is great, but has anone tried to relocate this antenna? Any thoughts?

I did with my W220, whenthe SIRRUS was installed and I told them to leave the then crappy looking plastic unpainted antenna off. I then installed my own magnetic antenna by the antenna for the GPS. Don't know if your car will come with the shark antenna already installed, but you could make the request, not to install the antenna. Installing your own can be done by any car stereo installer or if you know a little about what wires to connect it's a DIY job.
