Depends what you mean by staggered. Different widths tires should be okay, but check with the dealer first.

Different diameters cannot be used, ie, 19 inch for the front, 20 inch for the back. This is due to the different rotational speeds needed to turn different diameters to achieve the same velocity.

I think you should be fine as long as the widths are the same. Do not even think about going with different diameters.
