What do you guys think of these rims?

If a picture speaks a thousand words, that one only is about 50 words worth. It looks like regular wheels , just darker. What's so special about the wheels? Are they darkened? I can't really tell.

They are the same rims, just darkened. I agree with you however, about that picture.

Let me see if I can find a better picture, but basically, I just want a matte black finish on my current 19" AMG wheels.

I'd probably prefer a gunmetal glossy finish like on the W220 S65 AMG wheels. The quality of the wheel in that picture doesn't look too good.

i did matte black on my white range rover and it looked pretty good although some said it looked like the batmobile.......

i have an extra set of those 19 amg wheels off my 2008 s550 if you need an extra set -- brand new with tires if u r interested

I know they are ugly. It's a quick Photoshop I attempted. I'm trying to just give an example, even though that wasn't the best of one.

My thoughts exactly. Brake dust custom finishing! lol I'd leave the stock, or just paint the center section of the spoke a daker finish to get some contrast.

Don't get me wrong. I'd love to have one myself. First off, I could never afford one, even used. Secondly, I'd just soon have an SL65 with the retractable top (even though I believe the SLR finally came out with a convertible). Am I right or wrong guys?
