PIIIIIIICS!!!! Dude that's awesome. The Vantage is the nicest car out right now IMO.

I've seen '06's in the $60's-$70's which has had me reaaalllly thinking about considering one in about a year or so, but I just hate spending that kind of money on mass depreciating assets like cars.... Plus I heard the Reliability is pretty bad....? But I REALLY love 'em.

Based on owners on the Aston forums the reliability is great. Annual service costs around $500. I got my 2008 with 4K miles for $90K with a custom exhuast system. List new with exhaust would of been $140K. Now is a great time to buy one.

Woow, that's a beautiful ride. Definitely a step up from your CL IMHO (of course you do lose some room, but that only matters if you need it )

Incredible price too. I should do more research, my budget would have me looking at '06's, but I just remember reading Reliability may have been shaky on them (maybe because it was the first year?), and I'd be a pretty brave fellow to own one of those without a Warranty (hell I'd be brave enough to own my E-Class without one).

Sick ride though

The auto market is under so much fire due to global economy, pressures on alternate fuel sources, and other uncertainties that I feel like our current W221 is going to continue to be hard to beat even with newer models on the horizon. I'm getting to the age now where I'm wanting to have a paid-for car in the garage that has a timeless look to it and I feel the W221 fits that description. Even if I get the notion to get another car in the distant future, it will be the next gen. S class but a year or so old with very low miles.
I'm pretty sure that my current car will still be driven by me even 10 years from now as it has everything on it that I want/need. I don't plan on selling it or trading it off. It's just too nice of a car to get rid of. I probably am going to get the extended warranty in the next month or so.
