Designo Headrests
hi, 
My friend just bought a 2007 S550 designo and I notice that the front part of the headrest is very high that you can see the stuff inside. When I lowered it from the seat adjustment the whole headrest is going down not the front part, does anyone have the same headrest here?

The active head restraints have been deployed. Consult the owners manual for instructions to reset them, or see your local dealer.

Not necessarily, if you got rear ended and it was just a small bump, that would set the headrests off. That is part of the first stage of collision countermeasures.
