I know what you are saying my Wantmy1stbenz. I just bought an 07 S65 last month. Could have gotten Bentley Flying Spur for the same price. Choose to go with S65 as Bentley was too flashy for me. Its personal taste and it varies with people.

That was my only point harris. Wow s65 that's 220 mph right?!?!

I don't know how someone simply posting they got a New S600 turns into this little bicker fest.
Used Bentley or New Benz, it comes down to the person. I'd prefer the Benz, as I too would feel a Bentley is a bit of a flash-overkill, and the S-Class is just right IMO, the "wealthiest" and most powerful people in the world drive it, if you care about that thing, yet it still remains relatively understated and not overly boastful (depending on a few factors).
And to clear something up about Vegas, I lived there for a while, and frequent regularly. Nice cars ARE NOT running amuck in Vegas. In fact, you rarely see Benzes, etc. Just a lot of "hoopties" for the most part. Nothing like L.A, where you really see Benzes everywhere, and Bentley's are common in many nice areas.
In Vegas, there are very rare and small areas which are prestigious and have nicer Luxury cars running around, and IMO citing Casino's/The Strip as spottings isn't exactly accurate, as most are Rented, and by Visitors at that.
.... People get this idea that Vegas is full of the wealthiest, when in reality, it's poverty stricken, dangerously high in Unemployment, incredibly high in crime, nary in upscale areas, thrashed by Visitors, and polluted with "underage" and irresponsible pregnancies. Of course, there are also some of the most powerful people in the world living out there, and lots of young guys who make killings as Nightclub Doormen/VIP Hosts, etc. who even get themselves into Lambo's.... But believe me, they are outnumbered by a longshot.

I am going to clear something up, jsut for the records, and then I am going to stop posting in this thread and you can go on and misspell your way through 8 more pages if you want.
- I did not insult anyone until I was insulted first. You might feel that its a charming NY way to just call someone an idiot (your second post in this thread) but that not how we do things here.
- Internet thuggery aside, I am not even going to acknowledge your little prepubescent challenge to meet you in a dark ally in NY....thats just really infantile.
My ENTIRE point was that here, in Las Vegas, I see a lot more Bentleys then S600 - and I even went so far as to explain why. I was not making fun of New York, nor was i saying that there are more wealthy people in Las Vegas. Reading comprehension is a must for a businessman with such an impressive black card and a fictitious portfolio....so please learn to read.
Thats it - I am done arguing with 12 year olds. Enjoy.
BTW - Where are those pictures?

Honestly - I hardly ever react to morons that troll these forums, but gosh....you really take the cake friend.
1. What do you know about Vegas? Here, there are at least 1-2 Rolls or Bentleys in every parking lot, including the local grocery stores. This is an area of very high personal wealth saturation - with emphasis on flashing their money.

According to the IRS, Vegas doesn't even register on the top 10 areas with the most high net worth individuals:
New York City: 3.6% (561,800)
San Francisco: 3.3% (120,800)
Boston: 2.9% (89,400)
Washington: 2.9% (127,700)
Chicago: 2.2% (172,200)
Detroit: 2.2% (79,500)
Los Angeles: 2.0% (208,200)
Philadelphia: 1.8% ( 87,600)
Houston: 1.5% (68,400)

Surprise, surprise, the flashiest cities are always the poorest.

Las Vegas does not have a high concentration of wealthy people, even Detroit is wealthier than Las Vegas. I'm always in Vegas, and the only place you see those (rented) cars are on the strip.

Las Vegas is really a sh** hole, and the stats are there to prove it. The glitz and glam of what you see in some Casino's on the Vegas Strip are fleeting, and indeed, "Rented".
I see so little Luxury/German cars in the actual "City" of Vegas, it's hard not to notice even a Base new C-Class.

Hard to have precise data on net worth or incomes, esp as most wealthy own cos. and realize capital gains when they choose, so even IRS only sees lumpy tax returns
Suspect world's two wealthiest places are Silicon Valley's Woodside/Atherton/PaloAlto and Manhattan's UES and 15 CPW
In SV, many of the most wealthy are engineers who are car nuts and often choose some AMG S/CL/SL for both daily commuting and wkends
In NYC, the hedge fund/private equity kings are rarely much into cars, so often are driven around town in a scuffed-up, anonymous blk/blk S550
Always interesting what are commuter cars of wealthiest guys on planet....almost never a Fiat or VW, unlike what marketers would like one to believe...and know plenty who drive CL63 not 65, even though they have a private plane that burns more in fuel in 30mins than 65's mth lease pmt (hell, one of most legendary SV tech billionaires drives an '07 SL55 though he also owns a G5)...secure guys buy what they enjoy, not to advertise their wealth to general public

...and I drive a used Benz, but I've slept with your mother too so I guess I win.
NY is one of the worlds biggest crapholes anyway, so I don't understand what's the argument about.
I remember that when I was living in NY and it was raining the roads were all full of **** and trash that was swimming downhill like on a freaking river.
City like every other.
Are you New York? Do you have any personal stake at what people around the world think about NY? Newsflash - people come to NY everyday and guess what... they don't stay 'cause they hate it there. It's dirty, overpopulated, it smells and the overall life quality is veeeery low. There's a reason why it never made into Forbes top25 most habitable cities in the world... So what is your point exactly internet tough guy?
your argument is childish and you Wantmy1stbenz are a loser. Get a life kido.
Back on topic:
I'd love to see some S600 pics, especially details of the interior, would really appreciate that!
Don't disappoint!
