You'll definitely be happy with the color - I SURE AM! Personally, for me, it would have to have a sport package. But, regardless, very classy car man.
Mileage numbers look great. Boy, the fall like a rock in price don't they???

sorry, the W221 is just too ugly compared to the W220.
That is, until depreciation has brought the W221 down to where I am willing to spend.
I'll be all over this Designo 600 in about 2 more years.

That color combo is awful. The interior is a hideous green/grey.
s600=good
s600 with sport package=better
s600 with sport package and a non fugly interior=better still

600 will be quieter and smoother than a 63 or 65, cheaper too.
I have a 220 55K now, been there done that. Fun car, but i'd love to upgrade to a 221 600. Still insanely fast, but in a more relaxed and luxurious way.

Seems like a good buy, 600s are very comfortable, fast and safe...just check it's unmodded and never been crashed

I just LOVE this color combo, I know some have hated it but it was the first reason I wanted this car.
Second was mileage and warranty
As far as the non sport look, t5his car will undergo slight cosmetic changes. Wheels first, then side markers and tails. ECU TCU tune, and that will be it. This car will be for the safety of my fam more so then my attempt at balling.
My other option is paying 20k more for an S65 in a less desired color combo

Had the temp been under 95 degrees this would have been an 11.60's pass but the heat robbed me up top. On the same track cooler day 60 ish the car trapped 120 but still ran a 12.00 cause of a 1.88 60ft..BOOOOO.
My 1.47 was run heads up against an E63 that was stock , the car beat me at the light yet by 330 I was several cars ahead and beat him by over 1 second. My car is absolutely not one second quicker than a stock 63 unless I have a sub 1.60's 60 ft.
Check out Dad's C63 pass 10.98@123. The 1.62 60 ft likely caused the low trap. my car on the 95 degree day should have run 12.50 and up but I wiped off a half second with the once in a lifetime 60 ft in this car.
I never hit 11's but really only rocked about 30-40 extra ponies over stock with my weight reduction.
Also that slip on the bottom is simply the best time and trap from all slips, the 1.47 did not produce the 120 mph trap. I still ran a 12.008@120.xx on my last try to hit 11's, gotta get another crack, maybe I will buy my car back , haha for one last try they want 55k though

Well, I'd prefer the interior to be chartreuse with a touch of magenta and fuchsia accents, and the exterior should be "charcoal gunmetal grey with a hint of dijon."
It's an S600, V12, low miles and a great price. Unless it's banana peel VW Beetle yellow with those stupid flowers gorilla glued to the dash, it sure looks great to me.

I say go for it. Everyone here agrees it's a great car, except for the color combo. However, YOU like it, and that's all that matters. If there's nothing else out there that you want that's attainable, I think it'll be a great buy.
