swollen lugnuts?

Went to change my rims today and apparently 2 of my lugnuts got water under the cap and they became too "bloated" to be taken off.

Anyone ever have this happen? How do you remove the "caps" of the lugnuts?

Hmmm... Didnt know we had 'caps' on the lugnuts.. Mine seem to be all metal one piece bolts? What kind of wheels do you have? Pics?

Swollen lugnuts?

Don't you need a shot of some sort to cure that??

maybe rusted on? Perhaps if you were to crank them off, add a little wd 40 and get a couple of replacement ones. The others could be checked and the threads sprayed with oil. (I'm no mechanic tho)

Because they are so swollen, standard sizes dont fit over them o_O
