The front dome lights are the blade type. They just plug in. The rear dome lights up by the roof handle are festoon type. I ordered mine from Cartronics. The vanity lights by the rear mirrors also require the festoon type bulbs so you will need a total of four. None came with my "complete w221 kit" which I ordered from Germany. The vanity lights in the front behind the sun visors require blade bulbs.

I also had a problem with the rear foot well lights under the front seats. When I pryed open the lens cover I broke off the front clip. I glued it back on with a spacer with silicone glue. I also put a spot of glue on the lens cover to hold it in place.
