In the past few weeks I have had some major issues with my Command / navi system on my '13 S550 ever since I activated my Sirius radio 2-3 weeks ago. When I start the car the Command system comes on like normal and then after about a minute it resets to a black screen and the Mercdes Benz logo flashes, etc. After another few minutes it resets again. Then after another few minutes it resets again.

I took the car to Mercedes service and they claim there is nothing wrong, stating that they did a hard reset and it seems fine.

After getting the car back yesterday... Sure enough... Again reset after about a minute. Fortunately it isn't resetting over and over and over again like it was before I took it in... But why is it resetting at all??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they claiming there are no fault codes, check the engine compartment battery voltage.

Take a video of it the next time it happens and show that to them when you take it in. They saw something and tried to use a hard reset to clear it out of the memory.
