car won't start
 

Just had to tow the damn car home. Since it's a Sunday no where is open to tow it to.

Seems to be related to whatever the dealer was doing.

The same day I picked up the car, the radio wouldn't cut off after Iopen the door. I had to restart the engine and turn it off and open the door a few times before it would shut off. It did this twice in 2 days then we didn't drive it for a week. Today it did it again when we went shopping, figure id just restart the car but this time it wouldn't crank up though all lights come on but nothing. Does anyone one know what this could be related to?

Is this all the background you know about the car? Does it have KG, did you use the key in the ignition slot? The key turns but the car does not start?

You should tell what happens when you try the spare key. Perhaps you have dropped the key and it now has an intermittent problem.

yes the car does have KG, I tried both key in ignition as well as pushing the button many times with no love.

Mercedes provides roadside assistance 24 hours a day. They will send a technician to your car in a van with the most common parts needed to get your vehicle running. If your vehicle is still under warranty, the service is free. If the warranty has expired, they only charge you for the actual time at your vehicle. They charged me to the nearest tenth of an hour at the normal day time shop labor rate a few years ago for my previous vehicle which was out of warranty plus the normal dealer charge for the part replaced. In my case, I had a failed fuel pump relay which was diagnosed and replaced in less than 10 minutes.
