07 S550 check engine light, car won't start when engine is hot
I have a 2007 S550. A couple of days ago out of nowhere the check engine light came on as I was driving & the engine started to shake a lot. Made it home it when I tried to restart the car it kept stalling out. Next day when engine was cold the car started fine, no check engine light. Later that day same problem, stalled out when trying to start. I changed the crankshaft position sensor & it's still not working. Any ideas???

I never had problems once started, but did have a situation where when engine was hot, it my 07 550 4matic wouldn't start...the dealer had it for about 3 days tryinig to figure it out...finally they could recreate the problem and diagnostics showed something like "losing ground connection on hot soak"....replaced main engine CPU modules (on top of engine block) and it seemed to fix it.
Sorry I don't remember more, but I do know they had tough time finding it..
