So what to do with the darn greay plastic monitors then? Buy new ones in black for $1400?? Dont Think so.....
Lets take them apart...
Cut out a bit of Alcantara in black...
And done....
And the 2 tone touch of course..

Here we go again!!!
So it is time to replace the old grey leather cover and buttons to the new ones in black. Had to losen all these screws and then peal of the metal cover from the back of the airbag. Then you have to take out the airbag. A little force was needed. And remeber these are explosives..PUH!!
Then it was just to put it all in there again in the new cover the reverse way.
Then time for the metal paddles. I actually only used the carpet knife to cut out. Pretty simple and no Dremel dust. Then Cables was Plug n play. Nothing had to be modified.
I REALY REALLY REALLY REALLY recomend to get this thicker sport Wheel compared to the original spaghetti thin Wheel. Such a good feelig to stear the car now..

No. As you can see in the pic I have the loom and new SAM so i am going with OEM fitment. We dont have sidemarkers here in europe. There is conectors on the loom for the DRL.
