Differential fluid capacity
Does anyone has information regarding the capacities of front and rear differential fluid for S550 4matic? I could not find it anywhere in WIS nor EPC.

Its somewhere between 0.7-0.9L I believe and i think you also have to remove the front axle shaft to fill. I dont think theres a fill plug

For the front diff i would inspect to see if there is an obvious leak first. If not then leave it. I would wait until you have to do balljoints or bearrings and do it then when everything is out. Usually doesnt need to be changed until about 100k

Yeah they did not properly document that. Im trying to find where i got the info from. Poorly thought out design having no fill plug.
