Seeing how badass your 600 looks with just some nice wheels and a drop has me seriously thinking about one when my 550 comes off warranty. I'd normally steer clear because of the risk of expensive repairs on the TTV12 but Dave got a good warranty on his at a fair price.
That car has everything...power, luxury, amenities and it doesn't look stodgy or geriatric like the 600 sometimes can. Okay, the sidewall profile on the front wheels is too tall. That's my only criticism
I'd much rather have the V12 in that vs the S65. Plus I can transfer my new killer audio system into it! What's left? If they could figure out a way to add a vagina to a 600 I'd be single.

Yes, getting the 600 was the best move I could have made. The 65 is nice but in the end it's not worth the extra expense when the 600 has plenty of power and it does not look at all like it's an 8 year old car. I haven't had any issues but I am glad the warranty is there...even after it's up, the car is paid for and I wouldn't mind paying for repairs, unless it was something like a new engine, then I'd just get a new car.
The drop and wheels definitely made a huge difference. In this area you see a lot of nfl and baseball players all the time and since my windows are all 5% and my windshield is tinted I see a lot more people looking than they did before. I even see people taking pictures on their phones while I'm driving past them or stopped at a light. It's definitely a unique experience and one I surely didn't think would happen in a 600. I guess to the average person and peoples reaction when I tell them the car is an 07, they always say the same thing, it looks "new" to them.

What type of camera and lenses do you have? I recently got a Nikon D7000 with an 18 - 105mm, 50mm, and an 18 - 300mm(bought 3 days ago for a killer price), and I cannot get those type of bright colours. I am new to the photography stuff. Before I'd use an extended zoom point and shoot or my phone.

I took these with my D300s that I am thinking of selling, it's basically new because I don't use it much. I use a 50mm 1.4 for most shots unless I am shooting wildlife or something far away I use my 55-300mm.

Honestly, I don't have any. I only take pics of people really and my car sometimes. Just make sure the lighting is good...I got a lot of reflection from the sun in these because it was so sunny yesterday so I had part shade from the tree and part sun so I basically had to lay down for these to avoid a lot of glare. I should have brought my tripod but it wouldn't have done any good anyway as I need to be lower to the ground.
When shooting cars I love to have a lot of bokeh and blur the background as much as possible so I shoot at 1.4 or 1.8 most of the time at 160 and iso at 100 when it's sunny out but I never go more than 800 when it's dark since the 50mm 1.4 lets in so much light.

Beautiful! Once again, you have outdid yourself, I love the new height you have going on and I can't wait to get around to doing it. Lowering links just arrived, just gotta schedule an alignment on the same day and thats always a hassle.
P.S. I love your rims! I actually have a darker set of rims that are on mine and until I painted the calipers I kind of despised them. Just know that it may not be all that satisfying with black rims.

I got dibbs on those rims/tires dude. Car is no joke! Crisp and clean! Only Mercedes guys would know that car is not new. The badges in my opinion give it that finishing touch and reminds others to back off with that big V12. I wouldn't remove them. Whenever I see a car with no badges, my first impression is that the car was hit, has been re-painted and badges were not put back on. Just looks like something is missing with no badges, not sleek.
