Wrinkled leather on armrests
I heard you can have them steamed but looked on YouTube for the hell of it and saw some guy using a heat gun to do this. I decided to give it a try since they were junk anyway. So for about 15 mins I was heating the hell out of the lid and wasn't getting anywhere. It was looking worse at one point. So more heat and even more heat. Rotating the gun not to burn and it looked like it was pulling tight ever so slightly. I started slapping it rapidly as not to burn myself on the hot leather and holy **** the wrinkles were disappearing. My interior is light gray and did tan a little with excess heat on one part of the door armrest but I'm sure on black or tan it wouldn't be as noticeable if it got too hot.
Long story short it looks great and no need to replace.

The heat gun I used was a Wagner.
