20" Rims - 32 & 35 Offset on '07 S600?

I am looking at purchasing new wheels for my '07 S600 and was wondering if 20" Wheels with the following offset would work with my S-Class:

Front: 32 Offset
Rear: 35 Offset

Will I have any issues with Rubbing if I use the standard tire size? Do I need spacers?

Front: 255/35R20
Rear: 275/35R20

Thanks

Those offsets are usually fine on the W221. The ad says they are for the SL. You need to contact the seller to see if they will fit your car.

There are lots of aftermarket wheels on Ebay that fit the S class beautifully. Keep looking.

Those are pretty much your generic replica offsets for a variety of MBs. They are lower than OEM on a W221 so they will push out more toward the outer fender lip, which tends to look better. I run a 24mm rear and 29mm front with no rubbing. Those 32/35 won't give you any trouble.

Depends on the weather
Not sure about the style of that wheel on a W221. I think it may look a little off with that spoke design.
