WHPH28, Man this is so crazy, I never get tired of looking at the changes to your ride and I have my own..... did you paint your engine cover or had it painted by a detail shop... Also I am thinking about paint my calipers red... what years is your S600.

Thanks JT. I painted the engine cover, ecu and battery cover myself.
Mine is a 2007. I love the red calipers...everything kind of plays off of each other....the calipers, engine bay, tail lights. I've done quite a bit having only had it for 5 months.

I don't think so...a few people posted in the regional forum but nothing solid. We have meets in my area every Saturday morning. It's mainly mclaren, audi, porsche, ferrari, lambo, benz, bmw and then the old muscle cars.
There is the one in Great Falls, VA every Saturday also and one in Bethesda.
Heard about the meet. Didn't think they were meeting this morning in Great Falls. Two of my colleagues in attendance both have Ferraris. I plan to go out for the next Saturday. See you there maybe?
I may be at the VA meet next weekend. I went to the one in MD this morning. I don't know how this guy was able to get this tank plated and can drive on the road legally.
I'm not a fan of porsche but this thing goes 0-60 in 3 seconds...insane. The whole thing is made out of carbon fiber and magnesium.
I generally find modders make the car worse than the factory however in your case everything is so tastefully done it is in keeping with the marque. The net result is that the car is off the charts gorgeous and represents the pinnacle of automobile-dom. It is simply one the finest examples of automotive ****.
It must give you such satisfaction to set your eyes upon it and then get in it and to drive it.
You are very fortunate to be able to own such a fabulous automobile.

MBNUT, thank you, I genuinely appreciate the kind words. I do enjoy it a lot. It's definitely a head turner more now than it was before after doing the facelift kit etc.
When I go to these car meets everyone swears the car is a 2012 or 2013 as I am parked with all of these brand new cars and they never believe me when I tell them the car is pushing 9 years old. It gives me a lot of satisfaction knowing that this car may be older but it still looks good and turns heads left and right and it has most if not more of the creature comforts that newer cars have.
