Maybe you turned it off accidently? Hit the "on" button on the right side of the command dial.

There are multiple fuses for COMAND, spread out over multiple fuse blocks. If you check the spare tire well there should be a big fuse diagram in there showing you where to check. One is in the right side dash, one under the hood left side, and one between the rear seats.

COMAND is crazy expensive, in the $8k range new. I think MB sells a reman for around $3500.

Thanks Mike5215
I have had the fuse box all checked .. I was told to that I might have to plug it to a star machine and they will probably need to do a force restart for it.. And you r quite true.. commands are crazily expensive .. I was just wondering whether anyone has had to do a force restart on theirs before.. Thanks anyways

Yep, get on a MB tech's workstation (DAS/XENTRY C3 (serial) or C4 (ethernet and wireless) and get that diagnosed! Mike is correct there should be probably 1 or 2 fuses you can pull out to check them out or just pull to do a power reset without pulling the battery, before going on the C3 or C4. If you don't already know where the fuses are located, then you will need the get an location assignment map of the front SAM fuse and relay module, as that is where I think the fuses for command are located. Good luck.
