2010 S550 Battery Replacement
My brother needs to replace his 2010 s550 battery and would rather steer away from buying the battery from the stealership. We would prefer to stick to the OEM battery but I am having trouble finding his battery elsewhere.
anyone know where to buy an oem battery or have had a good experience with an aftermarket battery? i've read some threads and have read that it is important to stick with an agm battery? any input is greatly appreciated.
battery part number is : A 005 541 10 01

try mboemparts.com
use code "FB2015" for free shipping.
So no tax + free shipping + OEM battery + no dealing with stealership. win win win and win !
Good luck

You need a size H8 AGM battery. Many places sell those, like Sears, Autozone, O'Reilly, Walmart, etc. No need to spend the money on an OEM battery.

Walmart seems like a great place to get my battery, however they can't ship it to me and they don't have it in stock (at least not in my area)
thanks for the info on the batteries. I will def look around and try to find the cheapest agm battery from one of the above mentioned suppliers

I called them up and they are going to have the battery in stock Thursday. I'm going to get it installed there but I doubt they're going to resync the sunroof, windows after. Is there a guide on how to resync any issues after the install?

Which location did you go to? I read online that after replacing the battery you need to resync windows and abs by turning the wheel all the way to the left then right
