Reset Massage functions on the seats??

Hi guys.

I had problems with my seats, that the memory didnt save seat settings.
Went to a shop with STAR diagnose and they fixed it by normalizing the seats.

But then i noticed that the seats massage function is not working anymore.
Went back to the shop and they fixed it with STAR.. went home and noticed that now the damn seat memory dont work again!!

FFS... anyways.
I managed to get the seat memory to work again. The headrest didnt work as it should. And by making sure the connections was ok I managed to get it work and the memory saved seat settings again.

But the massage dont work still. If i start it by picking nr. 4 Hard and fast. It jumps straight back to zero.
Cant inflate the seat cussions either.

Any one know what fuses the seats massage function has and where they are located?

Ps. sorry for my poor english But im swede lol

Yes! I had that same problem. Try slower movements and with less pressure, and think about baseball.

Also, if you lift up the trunk floor and expose the spare tire well, there should be a folded up enormous fuse diagram that indicates where all the fuses are in the car and which systems they service.

Mike is right about slower movements and thinking of baseball. It actually does work. If that's not effective enough, I think about moving to the Southside of Chicago....but that will usually ruin the rest of the night.

Since all of the features work, but not together, I don't think that it is a fuse issue. It is likely the dealer making programming errors. Perhaps find a different dealer who knows how to properly use DAS and STAR and let them have a shot at it. Your COMAND might also require an update, which might actually solve the problem.

none
I need to get mine diagnosed too. After my driver window was reprogrammed, my seat and column easy entry feauture doesn't work. Not only that but the steering wheel doesn't go all the way up. The memory is also lagging at times. I have a buddy of mine that might be able to figure out the problem.

Solved it by unplugging power to the seats a while.
The massage started working after that.

Anyone know how to get to the main pump that supply air to the seats?
Have a feeling the leak is there somewhere.

STAR says the leak is at sway tho
